4. Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable, as per our Refund Policy. Mentocode reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made on time.

5. Project Timelines and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on the scope of work, client communication, and unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback or materials) will not be the responsibility of Mentocode.

Any additional features or changes outside the agreed project scope will incur extra costs and may extend delivery times.

6. Revisions and Changes

Mentocode provides a set number of revisions within the scope of each project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number or significant changes to the original project may result in extra fees, which will be communicated to the client in advance.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you will hold ownership rights to the final deliverables created for your project, including custom code, design, and content. Mentocode retains the right to use elements of the work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

All third-party tools, plugins, and software used during development remain subject to their own respective licenses and terms of use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mentocode shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use or inability to use our services or website, including but not limited to:

• Errors or omissions in website content
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Delays in service delivery

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project. Mentocode will not disclose, share, or distribute your confidential information without your express consent.

11. Termination of Services

Mentocode reserves the right to terminate a project if the client breaches any of these terms or if communication breaks down. The client may also choose to terminate the project at any point, but will be liable for any work completed up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India/Rajasthan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Modifications to Terms

Mentocode reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after the changes have been made signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
